Meet Nadja Escolar, Founder of Insight Hatch
Nadja started her Coaching and Consulting practice after more than 20 years in business leadership roles, out of a desire to have a more meaningful impact on how people experience work and life. She believes that leaders and teams who are able to tap into their strengths and lead intentionally produce better results, lead happier lives, and drive lasting change, one organization and business at a time.
Nadja obtained her Executive Coaching Certification at the renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching. She holds a degree in Engineering, and throughout her career, she has focused on building and scaling businesses, developing people, and creating capabilities from the ground up. Prior to coaching, she spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble, leading various businesses across Latin America and the US, 7 years at Amazon, most recently serving as Director, General Manager for US Private Brands, and she was Chief Revenue Officer for a growth-stage start-up.
Nadja brings to coaching her experience leading large and diverse teams, insights from two decades managing businesses at various stages of maturity and across various geographies, and a unique point of view as a Latina in corporate America. She integrates this experience with a robust coaching methodology, empathy, candid feedback, and light-hearted humor to help leaders increase self-awareness, build new mechanisms and mental models to operate, and increase personal and professional satisfaction.
Nadja is mom to Matilde, Fernanda, and wife to Marco. She was born in Venezuela to immigrant parents and emigrated herself in her twenties. She has lived in Puerto Rico, Panama, and moved to Washington State in 2013 where she currently lives with her family. She coaches and facilitates in both English and Spanish.
